This research study is evaluating an investigational study medication called RO7795068 (also known as CT-388). The purpose is to assess whether this medication can help reduce body weight and improve health outcomes in adults with obesity or overweight who do not have type 2 diabetes.
Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either RO7795068 or placebo. The study medication is given as a once-weekly injection, in addition to guidance on diet and physical activity.
