Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Adults 18 and older living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) may qualify for a clinical research study evaluating an investigational medication designed to help reduce PTSD symptoms.

About the Study

This research study is evaluating TSND-201 (methylone), an investigational medication, to determine whether it may help improve symptoms of PTSD. Researchers will compare the study drug to placebo to assess its effectiveness, safety, and tolerability. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

You may be able to join if you: 

  • Are 18 years of age or older.  
  • Have been diagnosed with PTSD for at least 6 months.  
  • Have moderate to severe PTSD symptoms.  
  • Have previously tried at least one PTSD treatment (medication or therapy).  
  • Are able to attend all study visits and follow study procedures.  
  • Are willing to stop certain medications that are not allowed during the study, if medically appropriate.
