Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is a mental health condition characterized by persistent and excessive worry about a variety of everyday issues, even when there is little or no reason for concern. People with GAD often experience symptoms like restlessness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension, and sleep disturbances. This chronic anxiety can interfere with daily activities and affect overall well-being, making effective management and treatment essential for those affected.
