Currently Enrolling Studies
High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) Study
High blood pressure can increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney disease, and other serious health conditions. Researchers are evaluating an investigational medication for adults whose blood pressure remains elevated despite treatment.
You may qualify if you:
- Are 18–65 years of age
- Have high blood pressure
- Currently take medication for hypertension
Heart Disease Study
Adults living with Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease may qualify for a research study evaluating an investigational medication designed to reduce the risk of heart failure and cardiovascular complications.
You may qualify if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have Type 2 diabetes
- Have hypertension and cardiovascular disease
Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD) Study
Researchers are studying an investigational medication to determine whether it may help reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events in adults with established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) or those at increased risk.
You may qualify if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have cardiovascular disease or are at increased cardiovascular risk
- Meet additional study requirements
