Important COVID-19 Updates for Our Patients

We’ve been thinking of you!

We are delighted to let you know that we have responsibly reopened our practice fully to resume seeing our patients for regularly scheduled appointments and treatment.

At Suburban Research Associates (SRA), safety is our top priority. As efforts concerning the containment of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) expand and evolve here in the U.S. and around the world, we want to assure you we are focused on three things:

1. Ensuring the safety of our patients, employees, and our community

2. Continuing to provide exceptional service to our patients

3. Supporting local efforts to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19.

We invite you to visit our practice with confidence, knowing your safety remains our top priority. Our team has had additional training to ensure our processes meet or exceed sanitation and sterilization standards of care, and we have elevated our infection control procedures in accordance with O.S.H.A. and CDC guidelines to protect you and our team:

WHAT TO EXPECT:

· We will continue to be diligent in keeping the office environment clean and sanitized. You will see us wiping down all surfaces throughout the clinic after every use. This includes bathrooms, exam rooms, and waiting areas.

· Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early. Our staff will give you a brief health screening prior to your visit. This screening will include temperature check and a few pertinent questions about your health and your social circle. If your temperature is above 99.50F, you may be asked to leave the office and be advised to follow up with your primary care physician.

· Our staff has committed to not putting themselves at risk and are also being screened each day in order to make you, our patients, a priority.

· Appointments will continue to be staggered and timeframes limited. This is to minimize the number of people in the office at one time. If you are late for your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled.

· Patients will be required to wear a masks or face covering to their appointment, along with all of our staff.

· Do not bring additional persons (children, friends, partner/spouse, etc.) to your appointment unless approved or requested to do so by your coordinator.

· If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment and contact your primary care provider.

· Please adhere to standard sterile healthcare environment protocols including hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment (e.g. gloves, masks, face shields, eyewear), and respiratory hygiene.

We are happy to hear from you. If you have any question please call our office so we can talk with you and explain our new procedures and answer any questions you may have. We are here for you! We want you to feel confident in knowing that we are doing our part to deliver safe care to our patients today and every day.
